We had a great time at the hotel. The room was awesome. Their service is great too and the guest service associates do keep asking about the stay and service from time to time. We will definitely return and will definitely go for the premium suite room. Thank you Citadines Rocher Singapore and the entire staff for everything.

One of Citadines many properties, so one can be assured of a certain level of standards. The room is great in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is probably the best as it has 2 MRT stations working 200 m.

We had a great week-long stay at the Citadines Rochor. The room was just perfect and as expected and ours had a small kitchenette with all the necessary materials needed for cooking. All other amenities such as the guest kitchen, the pool, the launderette, etc. are well maintained. As mentioned by the hotel, the cleaning happens on alternate days and each time they also washed the dishes which was a real bonus ! Would like to call out an incident involved with Allan from the front desk. I was assured of a late checkout by one of the staff from the front desk and was asked to confirm by end of day. When i went in the evening to provide my confirmation, the shifts had change and Mr. Allan somehow went on an investigation mood asking all sorts of questions about the staff who had committed for this late check out to me and all this in a very non-professional tone. This was something that could have been avoided and i felt he needs some refresher training on how to talk with guests. Having said that, I would say it's the best place to stay in little India and would come back again when in Singapore !

Room size was good enough for 2 person. I did not like the view from my room. Room amenities include hot water Kettle, Fridge, iron, microwave oven, few cutlery and tea/coffee bags. They don’t provide water bottles as a green initiative but have water dispensers on each floor. Hotel is clean and staff is very supportive. Swimming pool was very clean and you can use throughout the day.
