We had an incredible stay at the Citadines Namba Osaka hotel! The rooms were modern & well-appointed. The fitness center was in great shape & a good size. The laundry facilities were easy to se. Overall, the customer service was great and our favourite highlight was the friendly bartender who crafted beautiful martinis. We visited the bar several times during our stay! Additionally, the hotel is location in easy walking distance of Dotonbori and the Kuromon market. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

Great hotel! We had a lovely stay here. Rooms are decent size and beds are very comfortable. Every other hotel we stayed at in Japan had mattresses as hard as rocks and one thin pillow each so we were so happy to have such a comfy bed. Location is great, close to loads of food and shopping. My only piece of feedback would be regarding the music in the hallways. We had to call the desk twice to get it switched off at nighttime because it was keeping us awake. Hotel needs to be better at switching it off around bedtime. Otherwise a perfect stay and would definitely stay again :)

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but I felt Yoshi truly deserves it. We had a great stay at the hotel, especially thanks to her. She went above and beyond—when I had a medical emergency, she called the ambulance herself and came with us to the hospital to help with translation. She didn’t leave until she made sure I was okay, and even called later to check on us. The room was excellent—spacious and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect, very convenient and close to everything. The only downside was the room cleaning service. Housekeeping didn’t clean thoroughly.

This is the perfect hotel when travelling with babies! Great location close to everything. Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable bed, has a small kitchenette in the room. The best part is the kids room with ball pit. Our 9 month old loved it and we went there every day. The buffet breakfast was good and accommodating for gluten free food options. Highly recommend.
