Fantastic, extremely central location in the heart of London. 15 mins to almost anything by foot or Underground, multiple train stations around (Charing Cross, Embankment). However the hotel is definitely very old and is in need of some refreshing / refurbishment. Be prepared that some of the rooms are a bit old - but they are good sized. Staff are mostly friendly as well, but definitely be mindful this is more a serviced apartment instead of a hotel - so do not expect full hotel service. If it’s your first time in London, this is a great place to start your adventures.

I was there for 11-12 days for my graduation ceremony and truly loved my stay here! I loved how there were 2 coffee machines provided so we could all go down whenever we wanted a good coffee. On my last day, I had trouble booking an Uber to the airport, but they helped to call a London Cab for us. Truly great service!

Good hotel in very good location! Closest subway which is Embankment station is only 3 minutes walk, and in walking distances to covent garden and soho which have many variety of good restaurants and vibrant! Also only 5 mins to National Gallery and 15 mins to Big Ben & Westminster abbey. Can also walk to British museum!
