I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya. The service was outstanding — staff were friendly, attentive, and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, housekeeping was detailed and efficient, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond. The location is perfect, directly connected to Ciputra World Mall. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and top-notch service!

Great hotel. Value for money and good location, with the maill right beside it. The room is great nothing to complain about. The breakfast quality and the taste is good, but improvements are required. The swimming pool is pretty good. The rate is quite good for a 5-star hotel near Ciputra World Mall. If only there were a direct connecting corridor to the mall, it would be perfect. The staff is friendly, and the bed is very comfortable — I had a great rest. Stay in this hotel again and again.. Helpful and friendly staff, especially at the groundfloor lobby who always sweetly. Breakfast offers many variaties. Taste so far good.

The staff is very friendly, and the bed was great. The room was quite large and comfortable. The internet worked well without any problems. The gym is adequate with a lovely infinity pool on the terrace.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and professional. Check-in was fast, and they made sure I felt welcome. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast also good. And the swimming pool is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Surabaya. I’ll definitely come back! Spacious and cleanes room. Foods variety also was good. I loved the traditional corner.
