Staff are nice and helpful. Convenient location and direct train (¥970) from Osaka Airport to the hotel located at station (新今宮). Station has elevator and is just opposite to the hotel by 3min on foot. JR Station is the nearest to the hotel, and Metro Line is not far, around 10min walking distance. Though the room is facing to the railway, but the window shield is good, merely heard the noise in night time or early morning. Hotel provides free coffee from 12:00-24:00 on 2F restaurant, taste is unexpectedly good. We have stayed in this hotel second time, for sure, will choose this hotel every time when we travel to Osaka.

I like the overall looks of the hotel, it's great that they go with black, it feels classy. The room, the bed, and the amenities were nice; The facilities (luggage storage, coin laundry, and self-service coffee machine), services (nice staff and smooth check-in/out), and the breakfast were superb! Kudos to the staff! The neighborhood is indeed not the best. There’s frequent train noise too. But none of them bothered us. It was simply overshadowed by how good the hotel and the services were, along with how good the location was; to have a train station and konbini across the hotel was simply convenient, and only a few minutes walk to the Tsūtenkaku and Shinsekai market. Overall, I had a great stay here and will consider this hotel to be the top on my list the next time I visit Osaka.

Hotel are near train station. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and there is laundry plus toothbrush, earplugs, cotton bud and more are provided. Near Family Mart.

Great location for money! The hotel itself is just beside the train station and there is a 7-Eleven across the street. There is also a 24hrs supermarket near the hotel as well, perfect for groceries. The hotel itself is clean and their standard room for 2 is just right. Do take note of your luggage. 2 medium - Large will fit in the room but 3 more will not. They also have restaurant area at the 2nd flr with free coffee, toiletries is at the lobby near the elevator. You can also hear the train sometimes but in our case it’s tolerable. Overall the hotel location is perfect!
