Chill Out Houses are 4 newly (April 2017) built houses set in a lovely garden. They feature a bedroom, large living room/kitchenette, spacious bathroom and most importantly a large, covered veranda. All with high end finishing. Air-con inside and movable fans outside. The setting is very rural: water buffalos roam around every evening, there is ducks, chicken, goats on the street when you drive through the little village. The houses are at the end of the street, so no neighbors. You will need your own drive, car or motorbike, but that's half of the fun! You won't find a more peaceful location yet the next 7/11 24h shop is a 10 minutes drive, the beaches of Ao Nang a 15 minutes one. There are some good Restaurants (God Le, Koh Lek) in the village as well as some small shops. Go for it!

Laura is the best host ever. Garden and vegetables are there to use them as use wish. Great garden and room. Also, just near the Village there’s a great seafood restaurant where almost all locals go to eat seafood delicacies. Love that place, wish Laura all the best.

We enjoyed our stay at the Chillout Village a lot! The remoteness, quietness and especially the rescued dogs and cats (they have 15!) is what makes this place special. No, one more thing. The staff is absolutely lovely! There is a Thai couple that does the room service, Dory who is a local that helped us out with booking tours and organisation, and the manager, Scott. He's an English native speaker, which is quite helpful, and also an awesome dude. Good vibes! Rooms are super clean, have AC and fan and good mosquito nets. No bugs in the rooms. There's also a kitchen and drinking water supply. Go rent a motorbike and enioy the area.

We picked it because we wanted a place out of the way of the touristy areas. They arranged a scooter for us which was great. Our stay was great, rooms are spacious and clean. Shared kitchen had the necessary supplies. But best of all the cats and dogs are the cutest and very snuggly. We were on the top level and the two cats were super down to hang.
