A very recommended budget hotel. Everywhere smells good and feels cozy, from the entrance to the lift to the walkway and the room itself. The room is designed with industrial concept - fresh and clean. The receptionists available 24/7 during our stay. They even attend our queries regarding TV not function in second. Eventhough the TV still unable to function, the staff's fast response at least made it bearable. The location is near Penang Port - great spot to watch sunset while "healing" with your family. It is not far from Sunway Carnival mall also. Plus the traffic is not as congested as the island. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Penang. Worth the money! ???

I used to check-in at Chariton Bagan since 2024 because it's nearby to Butterworth KTM station...Bank, shops and restaurants are nearby the hotel... The staffs are very friendly...

The hotel room is clean and good. So far, the best hotel o can say. Only RM115 one night. Recommended for those want to stay. Water is ready at your room. 2 litre. Then can refill at downstairs.

Just nice and all good. Rooms are clean.. Toilet ?
