Fantastic location close to shops beach

My son injured him self and management couldn’t do more for him the drove him there and brought him back. So great-full mum and dad here. 3 different internet accesses staff just give you the pass words. Pool tables x 2 roof top bar and pool. Bottom pool has swim up bar. Rooms are very nice would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for great price and location. $7 au breakfast

Best value in Bali. Rooms are a bit dated but they have certainly lifted their game with cleaning. If anything is a problem they attend to it immediately. Wifi is the only issue always dropping out.  Breakfast great. Definitely use this hotel as our home away from home.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. However, the TV could be improved with more channel options.

Unfortunately, there was a bad smell from the drains in the room, which was a bit of a nuisance. The building itself is quite old and could benefit from some renovations.

The staff provided okay service, considering it's a 3-star accommodation. The food at the hotel was actually quite good, and the beers were always cold.

One of the highlights of my stay was the nice pool upstairs, which was a great place to relax. The hotel's location is also excellent, being very close to everything, including the beach.

Overall, while this hotel has its flaws, it's still a decent option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay in a great location. With a bit of renovation and improvement, this hotel could reach its full potential.

The bathrooms do not look like the website pictures!
The quality of the bathrooms are no good. They look like are not cleaned properly, the first room I had the bathroom stank and had to move, and they are outdated & need serious renovations.

Also note that the area has a high volume of tourists, the music and pubs are open till late at night. So this is not an area you should book if you are specifically looking for a quiet retreat.

But, when I did have an issue the staff were friendly and helpful. The circumstances of the room were beyond their control and I had to be transferred to another hotel. The staff were very helpful in making this happen and I am grateful!

First time i tried this hotel, so the lock on door still use manual key not card key. The room size quite big, but the bed, bathroom and all furniture was too old. The location not bad. The staff mostly friendly but they not initiative or extra mild in term of service. Type of guests mostly western guest, it is so rare to see indonesian guest. Lot of senior guest so they should give extra service fo them in my opinion.
