Spent three nights here. Love it. The owner and staff are quite nice and helpful. The air conditioning worked nicely. Quiet, relaxing, and a short scooter ride to the hustle and bustle of downtown Kuta. I will happily stay here again. Sit by the restaurant just after 6pm and watch all the bats fly from the cave.

I spent 2 nights at Cersen resort, it was really great! The staffs are very nice and make you feel at home! The rooms are perfect and clean, maybe just the bathroom could be a bit renovated :)

A very nice place to stay in Lombok. Not in the center of Kuta, but also not too far. The room is very pretty and big. Nice pool and good breakfast. The staff is amazing and helpful! They have an amazing cave where you can explore and tourists come to see the bats in the evening. We also conducted an archaeological field school here. We found that the cave has an archaeological potential and has a remnant of human habitation during prehistory. We hope to share the findings with the local people soon!

I love this place, it's really something unique, a great experience to stay in nature, near bat caves observation. Mus is a very helpful and attentive manager. Thanks to the owner Pak Hadimi, the bat caves are under protection, it's very important to save places like this one, and I hope his family will continue to protect these wonderful creatures. A few things to improve, the pool could be cleaned better, and some general maintenance in the huts, like fixing doors etc. But for the price and uniqueness of the place I can't complain about anything. We will come back someday again ❤️

Lovely staff. Mus, Tomy and staff went above and beyond to help is with whatever we needed. I’m thankful for every smile they brought me. It feels like in a few days we became a family. The property was kind of empty and in need of maintenance. Rooms and AC are not the best but considering its price it was all good. Swimming pool was not clean so we did not use it… unfortunately. Amazing bed mattresses… so comfy❤️ Those are just details. Overall we know that we’ll keep lovely memories of the people, mainly…. Thank you Cersen team, we truly loved meeting you.
