Checked in by man on his phone, then forgot to take our payment. No discussion about amenities. Room had 1 towel for a family of 4. Asked for more, got 8 hands towel. Towels old. Hair in bathroom. Have to ask for room to be cleaned daily and small bin. Beds hard as rock & seedy part of Busan. A big 'no' from me.

The hotel was located near Nampo shopping street but not in the main street. There was a few stairs to get inside the hotel which is hard for people with heavy suitcases. We booked a double room but got a huge family room instead which we truly enjoyed. People who stayed over 3 nights can request for room cleaning in our case we weren't able to meet the requirement so no room cleaning for us. Baggage can be stored in the lobby. Bus stops few minutes away. The lady and the guy with glasses in the reception were both kind however the elderly was grumpy. Deposit is also needed to borrow adapter.

Great location to be near everything such as food spots and transportation. Very walkable. The hotel was clean and spacious, however I wish they had outlets near the beds.

Worth to stay at this hotel, good location, infront of the hotel is popular crispy fried chicken.. can stay in to eat or daboa back to hotel with beer.. Best of the best
