The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room atmosphere was really nice! Two reasons why I gave 4 stars were first the bathroom in my room had no shower curtain and second the bed wasn’t in a good condition. I woke up with back pain. Anyway, the breakfast was delicious! Loved everything they prepared. Simple but I want to mention, the milk was good! ? loved how they had a little extra space for kids. I would definitely stay there again but might have to put a special request for the mattress and make sure the bathroom has a shower curtain.

Below expectation, the resort is old and some parts are broken and not clean (the time I visit), Feedback to management and they did quickly reply and take action which they really care about customers. Nice pool for kids and adults. The restaurant is really good, their food is considered the best for me (in Thailand hotel/resort I have visited). I wish they could improve their customer service, like the staff lead customers to their room (carry luggage). Repair damaged stuff in the room. Clean the corridor wall and door(dirt). And if can provide toothpaste and tooth brush, and slipper.

Quite good. Pros: was well staffed, quite a good pool next to a tropical garden setting decent breakfast. Rooms are fine & well equipped. Cons: 3 pm check-in (not the usual 2 pm) despite being 500 metres to the beach as the crow flies if you chose to walk it would be 1.7 k. There is a shuttle bus..but still a bit frustrating. If youre going to build a hotel not far from the beach ..convenient walking access to the beach should have been a priority. Drinks were a bit expensive 130 bht for a small beer. Cocktails readonably priced 185 bht. Overall a pleasant experience.

I stayed in Block 5 which has no views of the sea. The mattress was very soft. Air-cond was not stable - turned off by itself and minutes later, it came back on. Happened three times in the night I stayed there. Love the ample parking. After checking out, I felt it's a good value hotel.

The staffs were so friendly and service minded. We felt like home yet we were on the holidays and we already miss staying at this place and hanging out at Crave cafe already! The room is new, modern style, super clean. The housekeepers were very helpful and friendly yet professional. Hobbit house was nice, we played in there a few times. There were a lot of toys and books to keep kids occupied for a moment. The swimming pool for kids was just right for 1.5 years old plus and the foam party on Saturday was totally extra fun. There were also daily activities for kids as alternatives. Breakfast was great. A good range of breakfast options and a small corner of kid breakfast was our favorite. The long opening hours of the breakfast was a plus. I would like to specially thank Prim and Pin and also all of the staffs who made our holidays special. Thank you for making my kids love coming to Thailand. We can't wait to go back again!
