Good quality hotel a 10 minute walk from People's Square and East Nanking Road. Very good breakfast and spacious room. Nice location opposite a park and with good bars and restaurants nearby as well as two metro stations. Reception was busy and at times crowded. Staff could have more friendly and welcoming. WiFi in the lobby was fine but not great in the room. I would stay here again.

We stayed 7 nights. We have 2 adults and 2 kids. We are really enjoying the stay and the room is very clean. The staffs is friendly and willing to help you. Free water and no extra fee for additional water too. There is lift which is very convenient. Check in and check out is easy with Trip.com. They also allowed luggage storage after check out. Location is near to Yu Garden and the Bund. Further location can use DiDi e-hailing service. Just beside the hotel is a convenience store. Overall, we recommend this hotel.

Been here a couple years ago (2019) and really liked the stay here. Location good. Breakfast was very good.

康铂酒店服务挺好的（申请客服帮忙查看空调和续一些水与咖啡），房间也很干净整齐。 Great customer service support, kept the room clean and organized, and consumable amenities are being replenished each day. Sad couldn't use the electric kettle because of the dirty stain inside.

Clean, nicely renovated rooms, simply and effectively designed. The room was not large but the window opened and everything worked except for the small refrigerator. Nice shower. Very good breakfast, with Chinese and Western food and excellent breads and croissants that gave away the French origin of this hotel! The staff were very helpful.
