Nice hotel with great service. The rooms are OK. Do note that wash basin, shower and toilet are separate. Good for people who share rooms. There is no proper place for us to place our dry clothes when we shower so we had to hang our clothes on a hanger on the handle bar outside the shower cubicle. The lifts can be really slow. We had to wait for an average of 5 mins for the lift to bring us to the lobby. We paid for hotel breakfast as we didn't want to walk too much for food. Spread looks good but as there were too many guests, the food were not replenished in time.

Room was clean & comfortable. Staff were warm & welcoming. Hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. Was impressed by their commitment to reducing waste and supporting eco-friendly practices, including providing wall-mounted shampoo and body wash instead of disposable amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at Caesar Metro Hotel Taipei! The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The room was spacious and offered plenty of comfort. The location is perfect — close to major attractions and easy to get around the city. Plus, the free parking was a huge plus, making it convenient to explore without any worries. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Taipei!
