My stay in this hotel was quite nice. The hotel lobby experience was great, they were decorating it with several old photos of Jakarta. The room that I was stayed in is pretty clean and the ammenities is quite complete. One thing that the hotel missed were laundry services. The location for the hotel was very strategic and the price was affordable. For the breakfast, I thought that the buffet could be more diverse, but overall the food was okay. When I came here, it was in Ramadan and the hotel was very empty, maybe if it was not in Ramadan, the hotel will have a fully booked situations

We stayed for 2 days to celebrate Eid in Jakarta. At first, I was indeed looking for a new hotel in Jakarta, and I found BW Express Hotel, with a very strategic location in the city and close to shopping centers, as well as affordable prices. Even though we arrived at night, the hotel staff's welcome was still very friendly and very helpful. The check-in process was very quick. The beautiful and fragrant lobby alleviates the fatigue after a long journey. The room is neat, clean, and very functional. Equipped with the necessary amenities. The bathroom is the same, provided with more than enough towels and toiletries. Breakfast is served on the M floor with a complete menu (according to the standards of a 3-star hotel, of course) and delicious flavors, in a pleasant interior atmosphere that adds warmth to our enjoyment of the meal. For guests who bring vehicles, don't worry, because the hotel's parking lot is quite spacious. The staff are very friendly, proactive, and always help with all the guests' needs. When there is a problem in the room, there is no need to wait long; the issue can be resolved immediately. Likewise, the staff at the restaurant demonstrated a level of hospitality above average. With services and facilities like a 4 or 5-star hotel, but at budget hotel rates, I recommend this hotel for guests, whether for business purposes or family vacations.

The experience that I got is Awesome!!! I love the fact that the location of this hotel is near everywhere but the entry is a bit tricky! But all that is nothing compared to how welcoming the staff are! I would like to ensure Cilla is the best staff I've met and been helping me and family from we arrive until we're done staying thank you BW Express hotel

I recently stayed at BW Express Jakarta and had an excellent experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

I love everything about this place. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would visit this hotel again in the future!
