Stayed about a week at Burlington Hotel. I love their room! The bed is very cozy, thermostat that works well and quick. VERY clean bathroom that is tidied everyday. Shower head strength is just right, and provides body wash and 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, which is a little dry on my hair, so I'm glad I brought my own. Hairdryer feels new and works really well! Which is rare for hotels in my experience. Yes in some of the reviews, the sink is a little small, and water may splash if you turn on the faucet a little too much, but it wasn't really an issue, I just wipe with the towel they prepare every day on the floor by the shower stall. Also another review mentioned that the towels they provided are small, but that's because the towels they hang up on the shower stall door are meant for drying hands. Look under the sink for 2 huge and cozy towels for after shower! Although their toilet paper is a little thin, it dissolves quick which I understand can help prevent toilet clogging. I arrived with just a hand carry duffel bag, no suitcase. But I think the little area right when you enter the room is sufficient for placing and opening suitcases. Hong Kong space is small, so the room layout and space is more than acceptable here. It also has great lighting and use of mirrors, so the room does not feel cramped at all. It feels very modern, spacious and comfortable. They provide free water on Floor 19 which they said to bring your own bottle. I did not use this service myself, but from searching around for hotels, it does not seem like most other hotels typically provide unlimited water, even though some might find it inconvenient travel to another floor for water. Location is super convenient, just a 5 minute walk from MTR and other essential bus stops. It's also close to a lot of delicious food choices just south of Johnston Road. I'm definitely coming back here for future visits. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location — the A11 airport bus stop (Airport > Wan Chai) is right at the entrance, and the stop for A11 (Wan Chai > Airport) is just a 5-6 minute walk away. Several other bus routes and tram stops are also within a 5-minute walking distance. In terms of service, the front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, they made sure to kindly remind me of this at check-in. Housekeeping was thorough, and it's clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining its facilities. Aside from needing to go up to the 19th floor for the water dispenser and the room being small (which is quite typical for hotels in Hong Kong), everything else was great. The bath amenities were of good quality — shampoo and body wash didn't leave my hair feeling too dry. If the hairdryer had a bit more power, it would've been perfect!

Amazing hotel! The room was clean and perfect location. I forgot my charger in the room and was able to go back later after checking out to get it and they were able to help me find it. Really appreciate the helpful staff!
