The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Ample parking was available. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The taste of food is okay. While the room cleanliness could be improved, the bathroom had strong water pressure but occasionally emitted an unpleasant odour. The room's soundproofing was poor, too, allowing us to hear conversations from the room next to us.

My first stay here was wonderful. The room, swimming pool and fitness room is clean. The breakfast is delicious. That’s why I book another night again. It was terrible for the second time. After I checked in and watched TV in the room, there were three hotel staff ringing my room bell and tried to open the door. I opened the door and asked them what happened? They did not answer me in English and I could not understand the answer they told me. They looked like they want to get in my room until I told them “ I checked in already!” They did not even apologized for this and I still could not understand why this happened on me? So this makes me disappointed.

I think this is one of the best hotel i stay in Hatyai. I usually traveled to hatyai 3 times a month with family. This hotel provide excellent location,room accomodities and even car park. Definitely will choose again this hotel

Repeated stay for this hotel. For this time got room at block 2, no bath tub in the room since room left for standard room only due to last minute plan. For muslim visitor, please avoid taking their breakfast as they serve pork in the breakfast menu. Staff accomodating well, even the carpark guard also friendly and can speak malay very well. Hotel is walking distance to asean night bazar & also central festival mall. Cleanliness is very excellent and room is very good as well. One of my choice to stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to staff name Aun for the excellent service — always attentive, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
