This motor inn and its team of staff are exceptional. During the recent natural disaster in Qld we urgently needed to have power and hot water and somewhere safe and clean to live for a short period of time. The staff were considerate and helpful in every interaction and then to get there and have the accommodation be so clean and comfortable was amazing. Generous size comfortable beds and the ease of being able to park directly outside your room was a blessing. Well-equipped to cook for yourself or close to everything to eat out. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to family and friends

The rooms are nice and cosy, also very clean. The managers and staff are professionally and polite, met some very friendly people too. All in all I'd say it's been an absolute pleasure staying here and I'd happily do so again

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Shower has great water pressure and beds very comfy. Customer service is amazing. The owner went above and beyond and offered to drive us down the road so we didn't have to walk in the rain. Well done to the owners and all staff who look after this place.

We were greeted with an upgrade from the wonderful staff here! Amazingly clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect Customer service. Wedding reception that we needed to get to was only 200M down the road & the owner gave us a lift as it was poring rain. The service they provided was above & beyond what is expected. Well done to the owners and all of the staff who look after this place. This will be our only ‘go to’ place when we are in the area. Everything about this place & the owners/staff deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you for your kindness ?

5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Browns Plains Motor Inn Mum & I recently stayed at Browns Plains Motor Inn and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. The manager, Jodi, was an absolute pleasure—professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The cleanliness of the room and the entire property was above and beyond—honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. You can tell the staff take great pride in their work. Speaking of staff, everyone mum & myself interacted with was marvellous and incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. If you’re looking for a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Brisbane, area I highly recommend Browns Plains Motor Inn. definitely be staying here again.
