We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, and we were especially happy to find a bidet spray in the toilet, which is something we always look for when booking a hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of Kaohsiung and just a short walk to the MRT, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. It was also easy to find great food nearby and visit popular attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (especially Stanley Chang), going the extra mile to recommend restaurants that suited our preferences. Another highlight was the hotel’s pantry, which offered free quick bites and snacks for guests. You will never go hungry staying here!

Whether you're exploring the lively downtown or visiting nearby cultural sites, everything is just a short distance away, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Snack Bar Available 2x a Day: A nice touch that made a big difference during my stay. The snack bar, available twice a day, offered a great selection of light bites, perfect for grabbing something quick or relaxing after a day of exploration. Amazing Breakfast: Brio Hotel's breakfast is nothing short of fantastic. A wide variety of fresh, delicious options that cater to every taste. From local Taiwanese favorites to international staples, you won't leave hungry. Overall, Brio Hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung. It offers excellent value for money with exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Perfectly well located , 20 mins away from the airport. Rooms are new and well equipped. Staff is great and prepared us a to go breakfast. Snack bar is a not so small plus adding to what we liked about the hotel. We will definitely come back on our way back to kaohsuing

Absolutely loved my stay at Brio Hotel Kaohsiung! The rooms are clean and well-equipped- the bidet in the bathroom is a huge plus for me, and they even provide a toilet spray that keeps everything smelling fresh! Special thanks to Mr. Stanley Chang, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Before we headed to the airport or we heading out, he even asked if we had enough water every single time- and said he would gladly give us more if we didn't. Such a warm and thoughtful gesture that really touched us! The staff's food recommendations were excellent, and the free light refreshments were a great bonus. I also really admire their eco-friendly initiative, encouraging guests with meaningful free gifts as a reward. And one more thing- their room slippers are hands down the best I've ever worn in any hotel around the world. So soft, comfy, and well-made. Highly recommend Brio Hotel for their exceptional service, comfort, and thoughtful details. Would love to stay here again!
