I’m staying here for one night with my wife and five kids. Initially, I was skeptical after reading some mixed reviews, but I decided to experience it for myself. So far, the room is great—spacious, with a bathtub and sauna in the bathroom. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool; the water is clear and perfect for swimming. From the outside, the building looks a bit worn, but the interior is well-maintained, with ongoing maintenance work. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Stayed in 3 villas with my whole family for my son's birthday. We had countless stay here due the location and amenities. As always, we love the beautiful beach and the private pools, this really made our stay memorable. At first we had issue with the air-cond in the living room, but it was solved in no time. Great place, great service. We had another amazing stay with family here. will definitely come back. Thank you Borneo Beach Villa for having us ??❤️

Been here a few times, latest was on February, last month with my family. We had fun. Location is strategic. It is just that our villa was still on housekeeping when we get there for check in at 3pm during our recent stay. We get to enter the villa after almost an hour later. Nevertheless, the housekeeping staff was good and tried their best to clean fast. We were also given extra 1 hour for check out to compensate the late check in.

Overall so far so good. Classic hotel with nice view. My room had a sea view which I felt was very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We checked in late at 4pm so we asked the staff to allow us to check out late at 12.30am. The staff was very cooperative. The room was large and very worth the price. I just understand that the old hotel needs improvement in terms of balcony railings. Everything else is okay, it's a minor thing for me if it's just a small cockroach.
