The staff here were absolutely wonderful! First I was staying in the capsule hostel part, which was pretty decent, but the second day into my stay I got food poisoning. And I really felt I needed a private room and bathroom to get to feeling better. They were unable to refund me as I booked through booking.com. so instead they helped me to upgrade to a private room in their hotel around the corner only to pay the difference in cost. And they were so lovely about it, helped me pack up my stuff and bring my belonging over, even brought me over a coconut to help my stomach feel better. Just truly beautiful, kind and helpful gestures. Thank you so much to to you all for really caring!

The room is in the shape of a capsule, inside there are 2 air conditioners like the air conditioner in the car, the room only fits 1 person, the mattress is comfortable, very features, the waiter is friendly, the cleanliness is always maintained (there is a cleaning service every day). yeah for the whole capsule hostel, it is highly recommended to stay, close to the public transportation center, the location is also strategic. thank you
