This place is lit! Stayed at Best Western Senayan and I gotta say its fire? The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. That shower? Straight up like I didnt wanna get out. The wifi was fast so streaming and gaming were no problem. Plus, the location is very convenient. Its right next to malls and stuff, so everything I needed was just there. Oh and the food? Bussin’. They got local and western options. Room service was very polite and very thorough. Honestly, if you’re in Jakarta, this is the spot. No cap, I'd stay here again.

Best Western Senayan is a strategically located hotel in the heart of Jakarta, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It sits right between two major malls—Plaza Senayan and Senayan City, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is inside ITC Senayan, a smaller plaza with hobby-related shops and a McDonald’s, adding to its accessibility. For those with business in South Jakarta, Sudirman, or Senayan, this is an ideal place to stay as it’s easy to get around from here. Additionally, if you enjoy morning exercise, the hotel is within walking distance of Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Jakarta’s largest sports complex, where many people go for a run or walk. The food at the restaurant was great, and the overall experience was positive. However, the staff could benefit from additional hospitality training to enhance guest experience. One downside is that some rooms don’t have windows, which can feel quite cramped and stuffy. Despite this, with its very reasonable rate, Best Western Senayan is still a recommended choice for travelers looking for a central, convenient stay in Jakarta. Would consider staying again!

The hotel was strategically located with many shopping mall within walking distance. Our Thailand hockey team was very comfortable stay with the clean and spacious room. The breakfast was good with many choice. The competition venue was also near by. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Special mention to Mr Argil the sales manager for taking care of our group stay.

Went to indomesia open in Istora and reach around 10 am, as the event start at 12 they allow me to early check in for free. Thanks staff Faqih for the hospitaliy. Can take bike or cab to Istora just 5 minutes away. Comes with breakfast.
