Hotel is good. Breakfast is complimentary gere. Food available for Lunch & dinner is payable. Rooms are very big. But Cooling effect is less because of big room. Lift facility available. Swimming pool also available. Many shops& super market available just opposite to western resort hotel Money exchange available everywhere. In Same street 2 exchange available. If anyone wishes to experience great hospitality at a hotel in Bali, they should definitely come stay at the Best Western Resort Kuta. An underrated hidden gem indeed. During my stay, there was this man who kept asking how was our food everyday at breakfast with a warm smiling face. On the last day, this same man generously carried my bags to the car. Only then did I come to know whom he was - the GENERAL MANAGER of BW Kuta Resort. His name is Mr. Ivan Prawoto. Credits also to Mr. Weldi, the Housekeeping Manager of BW Kuta Resort who goes to great lengths to ensure all the guests are well taken cared of. Such an amazing soul. Makes you feel right at home. These two gentlemen are exemplary of great Leadership who walk the talk. So yeah, as for the rooms, it's Best Western anyhow. Comfortable beds and Good Breakfast options. Beautiful pool to relax and unwind in. There are 3 mini marts right in front of the hotel for all your needs. I'd definitely keep coming back here.

Actually it's nice hotel, only Housekeeping team need to improve about full amenities such as: bathroom glasses, chair cushion and changing of bath towels. Superb of variety breakfast menu

Clean, tidy rooms with comfy beds. Nice pool. Nice entrance. Nice buffet breakfast. Nice fridge and aircon in the rooms. Location was about 15min walk to Discovery Mall Kuta and the main street. 30min walk from airport Negatives: Toilet wasn't secure to the floor and no toilet brush. The shower floor was angled away from the drain so the shower flooded the bathroom instead of drain away. TV channels were all static and unwatchable. Paid $340AUD for 7 days Apart from the above issues it would have been 5 stars for the price bracket
