This was the 2nd best hotel on my 2 week trip to Japan. We had a room for around 1 week here. When we came to this hotel to store our bags it started to rain and they offered free early check in. I love the location how it is in a quite and more relaxed area of Osaka. There is plenty of places to eat around when you get to the hotel. It is right next to 1 train station and the other train station is just 10 min. walk. The room was a good size but we could use some more space for our luggage since both of us couldn't open our luggage at the same time. But we did have space to keep our luggage out of our way when not in use. Also there is a family mart 1 block away and a 7-eleven in the nearest train station but it confusing to get to the 7-elevel. I did get the breakfast for 1 day and some of the food was cold. Also my bed sheets smelled weird. The best part of this hotel was that they gave me a book so when I don't know what to do I would pull out the book and go some where, no other hotel did this.

The hotel offers great services with elaborate breKky menu to easy access to essentials and restaurants at door steps. Their staff is super helpful and courteous. I would like to mention Fujiwara SAN at the reception, extremely helpful in planning our train commute.

We had a great time at BW. Not only it is located very close to the metro station, but the rooms and service was also excellent. The reception staff was especially accommodating. Although I did not get his name, the receptionist in the picture particularly elevated the stay to new heights. Give this man a raise!

Rooms are nice. However rooms away from the road side are bit difficult. We can’t open the windows a bit. Staff kindly changed the room for me. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is nice . Location is very convenient close to underground station. Close to the bridge and eateries .

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the subway station, which made getting around the city really easy. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel!
