My experience at this hotel was very enjoyable and comfortable. The staff are friendly from the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff. The hotel lobby was spacious. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast menu was diverse, including traditional market snacks The swimming pool is clean. Nice place to stay, clean room, and great service. Complete with pool, gym, and minimarket. They send me a nice cookies and drinks as compliment to my room. Very recomended hotel to stay in Surabaya.

It is close to the airport port and provides welcome deserts and drinks, and exceptional breakfast. The room and bathroom are great but the operation of air conditioner is noisy and some sockets are inactive to my adapter.

Room quite big, clean,air-con work well,daily room service, cubicle are well maintained hot and cold water flow smoothly,breakfast lot variety,their staff are fast response to guest request and good thing is at same bldg there fast food and small shop(Alfamart),
