Best place for stay in Surabaya, the hotel staff is very helpful, they also have cafeteria named bess coffee, Asyita helped us to get some vegetarian food as there are less options of vegan food.

I have been many times staying in this hotel with my wife and I like the view of this hotel and also the pool is good also the variety of food is good also.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made everything so much easier. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfy. They have all the amenities you need, and everything felt modern. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
