Overall, staying here was not bad at all. Don't come in with high expectations since the standards here are not comparable to the West. Honestly, it's great for the value and gets you a room with necessities! I very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet! If you go 30 mins before they close shop, it's not as busy. Mind you, it is a very cramped and tight space. You are better off asking them to make a breakfast to go.

The hotel is very convenient to walking street and room 605 is good as it is quiet and big for family of 4. I have also stayed in 706 during my last night in Hanoi, but I preferred the previous room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hoa and Taylor are approachable and friendly. I forget to ask for the other female staff wearing a spec. I would not say is a 4 star hotels but the overall is good. Breakfast is about the same everyday and the dining area is pretty small which can only hold up to 30 pax. Drinking area at level 14 is nice if the weather is cool and not hazy.

The location of the hotel is very ideal for tourists as it's near the city centre. The property is on a busy street where you have a lot of tour operators. The breakfast buffet was on the 13th floor. The place is so cramped and can only accommodate a handful of people. For vegetarians, the options are very limited. The room was very spacious with 2 rooms on each floor. The room had all the amenities required. We had a room with a faulty AC and the staff shifted us to another room. For some strange reason, there are window panes in the room with a wall on the other side. There literally is no view or natural light entering the room. The staff were courteous and quick to respond.
