this is a 3 star hotel with a great price, rooms were ok, most basic items are available, there is also a small fridge, TV with the remote control & you can view certain channels from SINGAPORE. the hotel staff were polite & friendly. across the road, there are few coffee shops caters for local cuisine. the nearest mall from here is Johor Bahru City Square which is only 5 minutes walk. however, the air conditioning were slightly noisy but overall, an enjoyable stay in a convenient location in town.

Mattresses are very soft, perhaps a bit too soft for some people. hotel is conveniently located next to a variety of food stalls 24hr convenience store is next to the hotel if you need quick supplies. fuss free no frills room

Hotel is kinda old but it's clean and the service is good. Most important the location. Outside the hotel got so many food stall or restaurant to choose from. Perfect for midnight supper.
