We stayed in room 508 and it was great. The shower is really powerful and hot! The bed is huge and comfortable.

The staff is polite and trys to help to the best of their abilities.

The Hotel is in a great location, super close to Bus and MRT Station. There are banks and convenience stores at every corner as well as shopping district about 15min by foot.

However the wifi connection is so freaking bad. There are multiple wifi channels per floor and neither of them really work. So if wifi is important for you, then look somewhere else to stay. Additionally air circulation is not good, the hotel room smells musty like and old persons house. The beds get "made" but the sheets won't be washed during the stay. You can tell that they are trying to save money since you're only given additional toilet paper if you ran out of it or specifically ask and there is no free water.
Also all the mirrors are really dark so if you're looking to do your make-up this is not the place for you.

Dirty (unlceaned floor and sufaces and bathroom), very old and dated, smelly (musty and old cigarettes) dusty, uncomfortable bed, loud, wifi not working, linen smelly and no hand towels provided, no breakfast included in the very, very overpriced cost.

Staff also quite rude. By far the worst hotel I've stayed in for a very long time. The only good thing was hot water in the shower and location.

Don't ruin the start or end of your Taiwan holiday by booking this hotel. Avoid at all costs!

The worst sound isolation i ever had in a hotel, as you can hear what the neighbours are talking about. My neighbours decided to use the room next door as fun time room and had 2 loud moaning sessions that lasted for an hour in total.

Other than that the hotel is quite old, and I will describe the service as a bit cold. Only positive is the room is quite spacious and the bathroom are nice.

We booked the Executive Double room for a higher price for the extra amenities such as the sofa and jacuzzi. Upon arrival we discovered the jacuzzi did not work. When we asked the staff about this issue, they simply told us that the jacuzzi was unavailable and did not offer any other assistance such as a room change or a discount from the room price. We were disappointed at this response as we specifically paid extra for this amenity and could not use it during the duration of our stay (4nights). Please take note if you decide to book at this hotel that the extra amenities may not work.
