We were surprised by the hotel and its pricing. While the cleaning of the rooms could have been improved, our overall experience was enjoyable. The location is quite convenient, especially if you are familiar with navigating the Paris metro system. It provided easy access to various attractions in the city.

They were so accommodating, and very helpful, they helped us find the nearest supermarket as well as a place to eat. The location is great as it’s close to amenities and access to a metro or bus. The room is very clean and super cozy. Overall great place especially for the price. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning.

We had a pleasant and affordable stay at this B&B hotel in Paris. It’s conveniently located just 5 minutes on foot from a tram station and supermarket, and 10 minutes from the nearest underground that gets you to the city center (Eiffel Tower area) in around 30 minutes. The room was small but comfortable—though having a mini fridge and a kettle would have made it even better. Some of the staff had limited English, but they were always friendly and helpful, and we got by mixing English and French. An extra pair of pillows and an option to connect a phone or laptop to the TV would also be great, especially since the TV channels were all dubbed in French. Overall, good value for money and a solid base to explore the city. Thank you for everything!

If you are looking for a place close to public transportation and Paris center, this hotel is a very good choice. The rooms are small but quite enough if you are planning to see the city and just need a clean and safe place to crash. You can get to tram and RER C (which takes you near to all important tourist attractions) by foot in 10 minutes. There are many eating places close by available since there is a university near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, perfect for expats.
