The two rooms we had were alright, decent and functional. Cleanliness could be a bit better, but front desk and everyone else’s service was exceptional — very friendly and accommodating. I would go somewhere else for the beach, but the pools were alright. Would return for the service and value for money

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing short vacation, Batam View Beach Resort is a great choice. The resort offers beautiful sea views, a private beach, and a calm atmosphere, making it the perfect escape from the city. The amazing thing about this hotel cannot be bought anywhere else: it's the sense of community from the people working there who take pride in their work: ?the mocktail bar guy, ??‍? the talented GABE nightly performers who can sing Cantonese, english, Chinese, Bahasa, Korean, the polite room service staff, the nightly magician?, EVERYTHING! Despite the location which is far off, this hotel has a charm that cannot be easily replaced. The lobby is so welcoming in its old school way, the comfortable lounge chairs, the cute gift shop. ??They also have a 3m deep swimming pool! Which is very uncommon and very swimmable. If you are looking for a quaint place that also has a breathtaking view of the sea with an amazing community of resident performers and hotel guests, this is the place for you. Their breakfast is also not the same as other resorts. ?Their pancakes looks simple but it's so soft and fluffy, with the amazing maple syrup. ☕Their coffee is also aromatic, not those burnt ones that are complimentary outside. ?their fried rice is fried so well and yummy and many people went to take seconds.

Unexpectedly good experience in this resort. Access to beach from the back and sea side from the front via the restaurant. Decent size of pools for kids and adults with a small playground and animal farm close to it. Few watersports and trekking spot around the resort too. Live band at night at the lobby lounge is best to end the day. Rate is super affordable and felt safe with the security. Definitely coming back again.

We went to Batam View Beach Resort for church camp. Facilities was extremely good to a accommodate our group of 170 ppl.. Meeting rooms, food and other outdoor activities were much better than we expected. Anom, sales manager, accommodated all our requests, especially last minute changes to the rooms.. They managed our games sessions very well. We had a truly blessed time there. Thank you Anom and team. We will definitely recommend this resort for both family vacation and group vacations.
