I stayed at Bali Paragon Resort Hotel for two days, and during my stay, I got injured. The staff here, especially Housekeeping Manager Dika and the rest of the team, took great care of me with patience and kindness. Their professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. I sincerely appreciate their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

I had a good stay for a sudden trip to Bali. The location is perfect, close to anything you want to reach in Jimbaran. The staffs are great, very welcoming and detailed. There even a staff who checked on the taxi as I arrived at night, to make sure I didn’t leave my belongings. The breakfast is pretty good, although not the kind of things you expect for a branded ‘4 stars’ hotel. The hotel has a great sense of tropical luxury interior design, yet it seems they had its glory day way back then. Many things aren’t maintained well such as the safe deposit box, the door, walls etc. Yet I don’t really complained as everything is pretty clean, has a great value, and the staffs there are very nice.

First when I got the room, the room smelled real bad ? it smelled like mold and dust. But great service they said that they can change the room to another room in just 30 minutes. The cleaning was good also. Great service.

Great place to stay. the staffs are very friendly, polite & humble especially Sadar, Nanda and all the restaurant staff served breakfast. Good place to stay during vacation. Staff are the asset for this Hotel. God bless……V
