We really enjoyed our vacation here, hotel is conveniently located near the main beach in Kuta. Couldn't find any weak spots in the hotel. The service was top notch, best I ever experienced and food great, especially the restaurant close to the beach. We liked our room, was just right. Garden was very well kept, also very lush with lot of shades and small ponds, very demure. There are free yoga and pilates classes. It's a pretty good base to visit the rest of the island.

Looking for a beach side resort in Kuta! This is the one. Being a resort manager these guys have this place well presented. Swim up bar, in-house massages, shop & plenty of food outlets. Can’t fault this place especially for the price. Only downside is our room was facing a boring courtyard. Super friendly & happy staff! Would stay again and would recommend to others coming to the area!

This was our second time staying and we again loved the place! We stayed in the two room apartment and it was a great space where we could chill out and have space to relax. The staff are the big draw card so friendly and accommodating! They remembered us from our last visit a year ago and welcomed us like family! With excellent restaurants on site, delicious food was always close by with a range of food options from pizza to Indonesian and even Mexican. Also an all you can eat breakfast buffet is free with your stay. Freshly made pancakes, omelettes, eggs and bacon available. Western food and Indonesian choices available. Kid friendly. 3 pools including a swim up bar and adult only pool if you don't want to be disturbed by kids. We treated ourselves to daily massages and facials and pedicures at the onsite spa. Definitely the best massages we have had! Beautiful gardens onsite that add to the tropical paradise feel. There also numerous ponds with fish and fish food is available to purchase which is always fun for kids. Central location with the beach only steps away, many restaurants and a shopping centre within walking distance and even the amazing waterpark Waterbom only a very short walk away. The only downside was our room looked into a carpark so if a view from your room is important it's best to talk to the staff as they are very understanding. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend it!

The location is good - right on the beach and just a short walk to discovery mall. Waterbom Bali is directly across the road, making it super easy for a family day out. The hotel grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of dining options on-site, so you never have to go far for a good meal. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay, would book again if visiting Kuta.

Stayed here on a Trip-A-Deal package, wasn’t sure what to expect, but so happy with our stay. Beautiful clean rooms, great restaurants, staff are all so friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds, awesome location - can step out into Kuta enjoy the vibe then back into the resort sanctuary for peace and relaxation:).
