N. 10 Samdach Louis Em St. (282), Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Lovely boutique hotel. Overall all the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean and smells good. Been here several times. Enjoyed the Kuang seafood but unfortunately no longer in operation. The breakfast variety has dropped since last visit. The crab curry has always been the highlight during the stay. The mattress was a lil too soft for my back and housekeeping is very helpful to flip the bed and also this hotel provide many options of pillows that made the sleep more comfortable.
Baitong is a stunningly designed urban oasis. The lobby and the rooms are well air conditioned but the rest of the hotel is naturally cooled by a natural breeze that flows through the corridors. There is green everywhere and cleverly placed sections of glass floors. From the lush forest pool to the Lantern bar for evening cocktails, the feeling when you're there is blissful. The rooms are spacious, quiet (well insulated), modern, and well designed. The staff is professional and mostly very friendly and the location in the heat of BKK1 is convenient to the city attractions and some great dining options.
Baitong Hotel – the service is top-notch. The room is very clean and smells amazing. Everything is beautifully designed. The pools are absolutely mind-blowing. The food is delicious, and the breakfast offers a huge variety. The staff is incredibly polite. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommend to everyone!
Staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was a great place to relax, and both the breakfast and other meals were consistently enjoyable. Overall, a solid stay with good service and amenities.
Stayed at Baitong Hotel for a few nights and honestly, it was such a great experience. The location is hard to beat—right in BKK1, which is super central and close to everything. There are tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, but the hotel still feels really quiet and peaceful. What I loved most was the design of the place. It’s modern but full of greenery, which makes it feel really fresh and relaxing. It doesn’t feel like your typical city hotel at all. The whole space is really well thought out—from the open walkways to the plants tucked into every corner. The highlight for me was the forest pool. It’s beautiful and feels like you’re swimming in a little jungle oasis. Perfect spot to chill after a hot day in Phnom Penh. Also, the lobby is huge and really stylish—great first impression when you walk in. It gives off a luxury vibe without being too over the top. Would definitely recommend Baitong if you’re looking for a cool, comfortable stay in a great part of the city. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!
