The only hotel have no extra bed,
We pay extra charge 610 bath for 1 extra kid but have no extra bed. Then the receptionist ask us to pay for extra room if we don't want to pay the extra charge. When we request for extra pillow, they just said have no extra pillow, waooo what a premier hotel have no extra pillow???? So bad customer service.
No WiFi here in the room, the lobby is too hot n have many mosquitoes.
The light is very dim inside the room, the towel also smelly.

This is the worst i've ever got. This is the last time I'll stay here again. Very not recommended too stay here.

Stayed for 3 days/2 nights. Agoda overrated. Room smells bad. The mattress is hard. Toilet dirty with stains on the wall and floors. Used slippers was provided with dirty black colours and flat as paper. Bad wifi, no connection at all. How could it be 8.3 excellent on Agoda? This is not a premier hotel!! It is just the worst motel in hatyai!! Please please please.. do not stay in this motel.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the High Rating

I chose this hotel based on its 8.3 rating on Agoda, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The hotel is not located in the city center, which makes it less convenient for travelers. The staff were not flexible—only one key card was provided per room, and there was no option for twin beds as only king-sized beds were available. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, and there was no water dispenser provided either in the room or in the public lobby area, which is quite inconvenient. On top of that, there were no international power outlets in the room—something important for international guests.

The staff didn’t show much initiative in helping solve issues. Most responses to our requests were a flat "no," without offering any alternative. It felt unwelcoming and dismissive.

The car park is also outdoors with no covered entrance, so getting in and out of vehicles during rainy weather was very inconvenient.

Overall, this stay was disappointing and definitely not what I expected from a hotel rated 8.3 on Agoda. I regret booking it and will not be returning.

Sorry i dont like and will not recommend this hotel to my friend or group biker..first because of i need to pay additional due to my just over 7 year old and to force to pay extra charge but other hotel that stay never said like that but inform me if i would like to add pillow,towel or etc then have a charge..second deposit too much per room 500baht..third lobby very big but very hot and no aircond..we need to stay until check in time about 30 minutes..room too small with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed..dustbin very small..disposable slipper is not complimentary they recycle it and it happen when my cousin take it and they ask to return it..other hotel i stall i can take it..last thing they claim me smoking in the room but the alarm trigger due to my wife heating the water from cattle..this my first time happen when stay hotel in thailand..im not the first time travel to thailand..maybe a lot of hotel in hatyai like this..
