This hotel is a great choice for travelers making a short stopover in Hat Yai. It offers budget-friendly accommodation in the city center, conveniently close to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Plaza. The rooms feature a minimalist industrial-style design—clean, bright, and surprisingly spacious for the price. In terms of hygiene, everything was well-maintained with no major issues. The room amenities include a refrigerator, towels, bath towels, and toiletries. Complimentary bottled water and instant coffee are also provided. However, there are no combs, slippers, hair dryers, or designated areas for drying clothes. Personally, this wasn't a problem for me. A large floor-to-ceiling window offers a street view, though it can get a bit sunny between 3 to 4 PM. Since the room faces the street, some noise from motorcycles can be heard in the morning. The soundproofing isn’t great, but fortunately, I didn’t experience any excessive noise. The hotel does not have self-check-in and check-out kiosks, so guests need to complete the process at the front desk. The staff was friendly and communicated well in English, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Overall, this is a hotel I would choose again for a transit stay in Hat Yai.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our short visit to Hat Yai. The rooms were new and adequately furnished. Upon check in they asked for a 500 baht deposit for each room. We negotiated and end up paying with Malaysian ringgit (RM100 for two rooms). The reception staff was also kind enough to lend us an adaptor and advised that we buy more from MR DIY at Diana mall (which located right in front of the hotel). Right beside the hotel there's a Muslim eatery that serves breakfast early in the morning. This is excellent especially when we are checking out early in order to catch our afternoon flight. Upon check out, they returned our deposit and we bid goodbyes. Overall we had a great experience in this hotel. The prices were reasonable and we highly recommend this hotel to all travelers out there.
