WOW! The hospitality at this resort was nothing like I’ve experienced. The staff here is amazing! The resort is huge but the trams make it easily accessible to get around to the other restaurants and pools. The food was fantastic. The views were spectacular. Would definitely return! 10/10!!!

Stunning resort, and overall hospitality were very good. Location is a bit far out from shops/restaurants etc. Maintenance staff are a bit thoughtless and seem to not care about customer service/experience. They will come right past your table whilst you are enjoying a beautiful sunset with a noisy grass trimmer/sweep leaves in your face. But other than that, a nice place.

The overall experience was very good, and the resort delivers on that tropical getaway feeling with calm surroundings and lots of nature all around. One of the highlights was definitely the Rock Bar—watching the sunset from there was unforgettable. The view, the atmosphere, and the sound of the waves created a really unique moment. It does get busy around that time, so it’s best to go a bit earlier to get a good seat. The grounds are well maintained, the staff are friendly, and everything was kept clean and organized. There are plenty of quiet corners to relax, and the pools offer a nice mix of family-friendly and adult-only areas. That said, the resort is quite large, and getting around can sometimes take a bit of time (there are shuttle carts available). It’s also worth noting that it leans more towards a luxurious resort vibe, so if you’re looking for a more local or cultural Bali experience, you might want to explore outside the resort as well. Overall: A beautiful place to unwind and enjoy Bali’s natural beauty, especially for a relaxing holiday or romantic trip. Would happily recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)

welcome back ~~ Ayana~~Beautiful place to spend our family holiday, we have a kids and it’s been amazing for the family. A beautiful well kept place, brand new kids club, loads of different pools to enjoy. all the staff are very kind, caring and happy. It’s been an easy relaxing holiday having so much to do in 1 place, amazing service, and clean. ??

Perfect view, food, service, and activities. A week is too short to fully enjoy all the joys of this resort. Room condition was also perfect, no bugs, mold, stains, or low water pressure. Watching TV and soaking in the indoor jacuzzi was an extraordinary experience. The more you spend, the more satisfaction.
