hotel very nice and the service was really good! the ambience of the hotel was beautiful, private and services provided such as buggy and shuttle to certain places really comes in handy. the staffs here were all friendly and very helpful. sam the buggy driver has been a real joy to talk to and was very helpful. the receptionist were also very attentive to all request and has made our stay here at ease. overall, 10/10, would definitely come here again

The environment is very good, except it’s too noisy from the swimming pool. The echo of sound is too loud and disturbs me during rest. The door is not completely sealed and the noise comes from the doorsill. I have asked assistance from the engineer, but they cannot help with this. Hope the hotel owner can take some actions to improve such situation. Don’t let the noise ruins the wonderful environment of your hotel please. Sam is very helpful and he is willing to do extra for me. When he knew that I cannot sleep well because of the noise came from the doorsill, he tried to gave me some plastic bag and suggested me to put it underneath the door to reduce the noise. I really appreciate his service and attitude. Thank you.

Had a pleasant stay at Away Bangkok Riverside Kene. Hotel located a bit deep at the end of the road right next to the river and you can spot Asiatique from across. Hotel was a newly built around a year ago and it's very clean. They had a bugee to pick you up from lobby to your room and vice versa if needed. Pool was very nice and they had small gym room near the pool. Loving the ambiance and staffs were so kind and helpful. Recommend for a stay in Bangkok!

The hotel room was very spacious, which we really appreciated. The first room we were given had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, but the front desk staff quickly arranged a new one for us without any hassle. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Sam, who drives the buggy and shuttle--he was always super friendly and happy to help. He really made our stay even better.
