My 4th time staying here and 3rd Songkram. Great breakfast, fantastic staff, and a massive pool with a swim up bar. Pool bar happy hour was exciting. Parking onsite with easy walking or baht bus options. The rooms are great,slightly dated but beautifully cleaned. We git an ocean view room with a verandah. The room rate per night has considerably increased, We had friends choose other locations with the same quality for less.

While not flawless, it’s a solid choice for leisure travelers. **? Reception & Check-in:** The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. They provided clear information about resort facilities and even offered a refreshing welcome drink. Minor delays during peak times, but nothing major. **? Pool Area:** The pool is a highlight—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Plenty of loungers available, and the poolside service was prompt. **?️ Restaurant & Dining:** Breakfast had a good variety (Western, Thai, and international options), though some dishes could be warmer.live cooking was more options **? Cleaning & Housekeeping:** Rooms were well-maintained and cleaned daily. Towels and toiletries were replenished regularly. No complaints about hygiene, though occasional sand from the beach could be tracked into the room. **?‍? Staff & Service:** Most staff were courteous and helpful, especially the pool and restaurant teams. Reception was efficient, though a bit more warmth would’ve been appreciated. Room service requests were handled quickly. Especially Mr Asia **? Location:** Great beachfront location—close enough to Pattaya’s attractions . **Areas for Improvement:** - Stronger Wi-Fi in rooms (lobby signal was better). - More variety in breakfast options over longer stays. - Clearer signage for resort facilities. Avani Pattaya delivers a comfortable, stylish stay with good service.

5 stars hotel, perfect place, lovely nice staff. Everybody take care so warm, always smile especially Jazlyn( perfect smile) Perfect everything, I will come back again 100%. Especially Pare, Top and Jazlyn always extremely helpful and take care of me so nice. During stay here I was so happy and felt so relaxed. I would suggest everybody if you wanna have relax time, let’s try here with the excellent service, room, breakfast. Thank you to make me happy for this trip. Recommend for 5 star service. Look forward to coming back ????

The resort location is good, it has a great view of the Pattaya Beach. Good for family and friends. The rooms are expensive as expected because of the services they offer - worth the money for the peace, food, and services they offer. There are activities if interested. Staff are kind and approachable. Enjoyed a really good buffet spread in the mornings.

The staff is very courteous and will walk an extra mile to help. Nice pool and superb location. Great for singles and families too. Need to mention Asia, Otto and Mhoo super guys. I must also appreciate Jom who has so much patience with me trying to clean my room (lol) as don’t go out of the room too much due to work. He gets my room back to being liveable. Great team of staff and service makes this hotel amazing for business and family.
