Hands down I had the best stay in New Zealand at Auckland City Hotel. Even before the start of my stay, the staff was very responsive to my queries over email. I have to call out Buna who was exceptional with his service and helpful with any queries I had. I also liked the fact that the hotel gives you a multipurpose adapter for use if you don't have one. Rooms were comfy, spacious. The location was top-notch and easily accessible to any part of Auckland. If you're looking for a place in Auckland, then definitely this is the place to stay.

What a awesome place to stay. The service was amazing from the start of the arrival until our last day. The guy at the Bar was so very nice and the breakfast and dinner a well worth it. Why would want to stay anywhere else this place is amazing Thanks.

Nice place to land in NZ! The location is great- walking distance to the city center and the bay. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful meeting room. Very helpful to a have parking garage with city parking (You just pay a little extra to use it).

Nice person on reception, good location, good size, good for a group Disliked · The main issue was a loud noise in the single room at night. Not sure what was causing it, sounded like an extremely loud air con unit but each room had it's own heat pump and these were not on. The shower in the main bathroom did get a bit blocked.

Amazing hotel, tucked right in the heart of Auckland CBD, perfect central location, right down the street from numerous landmarks. The rooms were cosy and the front desk service was so polite. The restaurant downstairs was beautiful and the breakfast was divine. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. 5/5 stars.
