The maps name of this hotel is incorrect, should be Fuzhou Rd. Excellent location, very close to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Good laundry service but wish the housekeeping lady would be more polite if she expects us to load the laundry ourselves. Nice and clean room. Didn't like how the entrance to the bathroom shared the same space as the front door entrance. Very small gym but was usable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and it exceeded all of my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, situated within walking distance of the Bund, restaurants, and shopping areas. What really stood out to me, though, was the complimentary laundry service. It’s not often you find this kind of thoughtful amenity, and it made my stay even more comfortable and stress-free. After a few weeks of traveling, it was such a relief to have access to free laundry—perfect for freshening up clothes without any extra hassle. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Perfect location, generous room space, generous breakfast/hotel freebies. If it's your first time in Shanghai, you HAVE TO STAY in the Bund Area and this hotel is right in the middle of it without breaking the bank. Staff has been very helpful and even if we spoke different languages, they were quick to always use the translators. Great breakfast buffet, generous size of rooms, and free drinks (tea, coke, water!!!) on a daily basis stocked in your fridge. I would definitely go back again to stay in this hotel.

Location is really close to the bund. Perfect spots. Place is clean. Staffs are all helpful. Recommended for sure

This is already my second time staying here, and i love it , great location , amazing service, lots of good food is here, shanghai grandmother, also nanmen hotpot, on top of that, service is ? , 10/10 would recommend
