Overall is good except for check in and services. All guests have to wait until exactly 2.00pm sharp to check in, without any flexibility. Room is clean and tidy. Location is just nice near the downtown CIQ and also beside the famous Nasi Lemak Hantu. Highly recommended

We stayed at Atelier Hotel on a Thursday night and booked the Standard King Room and I’m honestly so glad we did! From the moment we walked into the hotel, I was immediately impressed. The industrial-chic design, warm lighting and peaceful vibe of the lobby (complete with a mini indoor fountain!) made it feel modern yet cozy. It’s one of those boutique hotels that surprises you in the best way. Our room was super clean, the bed was comfy and the air conditioning was strong, perfect for winding down after a hot day. One thing that really stood out was the shower gel and shampoo. They smelled absolutely lovely, like a mini spa experience! For the price point, I’d say this hotel is a real steal. Cleanliness, comfort and style all delivered without breaking the bank. The only downside was the karaoke noise which you can hear from level 2. It was slightly audible in our room but thankfully it ended around midnight and didn’t disrupt our sleep too much. Overall, this was a pleasant and satisfying stay. Whether you’re just passing through or planning a short getaway, Atelier Hotel is definitely worth considering. I’d absolutely return again, maybe even try a different room type next time! ? Sharing some of the photos I took this place is just as nice in person as it looks online. Give it a shot if you’re in town!

Everything is great except for the booking mistake (or misunderstanding I am not sure) which was rectified fast. We had to keep changing the Grab location before even arriving there so the driver was not really thrilled about that. The surrounding has most if not all the amenities and good food. Btw the soundproofing can be improved. We can hear the neighbours using the hairdryer, talking, housekeeping vacuuming, even at night the neighbouring “singing center” can be heard left and right. If you’re a light sleeper, take the earplugs offered at the front desk. Overall a nice place to stay and highly accessible to so many things. Love the cleanliness of the room and the aesthetics of it.

Atelier Hotel JB is a clean, stylish boutique hotel with friendly staff and a great location near cafes and shops. The rooms are small but cozy, perfect for short stays. Some noise at night, but overall a comfortable and pleasant stay
