My favorite hotel in Lombok. I would highlight the overall nice atmosphere in the hotel, the clean pool and the room cleaning service. The breakfast was ok. It tries to impress with a luxurious setting, but the choice is somewhat limited, in particular, if you fancy western cuisine. The western pastry and such need some improvement. The hotel was not mind-blowing, but there wasn't really anything wrong. Maybe the rooms could be at least somewhat noise-proof, should you have some noisy neighbors. Anyway, it is still a very good hotel and definitely a repeat candidate.

Nice location and easy for drivers to find , there is a pool and gym in the vicinity. Breakfast had live egg and rice noodle station. The rooms are well equipped and had water dispenser on every floor. The staff were also friendly and can speak English. Just one bad point is that being near a main road makes the rooms rather noisy especially peak hours

Overall, this is a nice place to stay for a few nights. The bed sheets are super comfortable and the room is clean. The pool area is nice to lounge at. The gym is very simple so don’t expect much, but not many people use it so it’s all yours! Every staff member is friendly. The reason I didn’t give five stars is because they never seem to bring my bill for food so I end up sitting longer than I wanted. I’ve had to ask for my bill several times in my five night stay here. It’s not a big deal, and their friendliness always compensates for the wait ? The location is pretty good. It’s a short drive to the mall if you need travel gear. There aren’t many restaurants around but you will find a few that are decent. FYI the breakfast donuts are really good ? ?

Clean and nice room! Complete amenities with free flow water dispenser on each floor. Wide range of breakfast menu. And most important, great service. Definitely will comeback for another stay in Lombok
