Staying here for office business, although located in a residential area, the hotel is pleasant, comfortable, clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff, it's just a bit uncomfortable, the AC in the hallway is not turned on even though Surabaya is famous for its hot air, the breakfast menu is quite varied and tastes good, because the location is in a residential area, there are many choices of traditional places to eat such as angkringan and warkop which are pocket-friendly, and close to the mosque which makes it easy to pray.

location is somewhere in residential area, far from the city. We booked as a transit hotel. As we stepped in, amazed with the deco. Beautiful set up complete with welcome drink and friendly staffs. Room we booked was small but cozy. Breakfast was good, variety and thumbs up to rhe chef. Price is so affordable??

The room comes with a balcony and a smoking room, since it is at level 2, there is no nice views. Room is clean. However, the toilet drainage system is not that good, caused flood. And there were no bathmat provided. The service was great. Staff is friendly. Location is not quite ideal. Need to take grab to go to malls. But there are marts located maybe within a 5 to 10 minutes walk.
