Our stay at Ashley Tang has far exceeded our expectations. At such a reasonable price point, we were not expecting such clean, well-equipped, thoughtfully designed room, which has everything we needed. My partner and I are clean freaks so it is common for us to feel uncomfortable staying in hotels but we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room - no stains in the toilet, bedsheets, and towels. The service provided throughout our stay was also top notch, from the attentive staff who were stationed outside the hotel to help hotel guests to the friendly and accommodating receptionists. We will definitely stay at Ashley Tang if we have the chance! Huge thanks to all the friendly staff who made our 3-night stay so pleasant.

Really nice and trendy lifestyle property in a convenient and quiet area but still very central with all services close by. Right across from a grocery store, next to many restaurants and walking distance to the large downtown malls. The staff is very kind and professional. Rooms are of decent size and very comfortable (bed and pillows are amazing). Would have loved to have at least one english movie-only channel like at most hotels across South East Asia. Nice amenities including a restaurant, a gym and laundry facilities. I felt the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Would have loved to see yogurt and more fruit variety. Even though quote appealing, I did not like the pastries at all, they were tasteless. I really liked the vibe and style of this hotel chain. Will definitely stay again at Ashley Tang hotels in the future.

I booked the hotel at the very last minute and was pleasantly surprised—it turned out to be a hidden gem on Jalan H. Agus Salim. The interior was striking, and the staff were phenomenal, from the security team to the front desk. Miss Martha and her colleagues were effortlessly friendly and provided great assistance throughout my stay. It was a wonderful experience. Trust me, if you're a food lover, you'll really enjoy this place!

Stayed here for the first time a booking for an entire week. The service was amazing, after my 3rd day, they added few extra clothes hangers, provided extension cord, extra tissue and toilet paper, extra laundry basket, all without me ever asking for it. Amazing attention to detail, and these small little nice gestures showed how much thought being put into customer care. I had stayed in 5 stars hotel around the world before, but this level of service is far beyond and above the expectation of what a usual hotel in Jakarta would provided. Great job, and thank you! I will def come back!

This was our first time choosing a 3-star hotel in Jakarta, as we usually stay around major shopping mall areas during previous visits. To our surprise, this hotel turned out to be a very decent and comfortable place located in Menteng a haven for cafes and eateries. We had a wonderful stay. From the entrance to the room, everything was clean, fresh, and pleasantly scented. The customer service was superb throughout. We would especially like to commend Martha at the reception. She was impeccable and efficient in handling everything a true asset to the team. We hope she receives the recognition she deserves, as she sets a great example for others. We will definitely choose Ashley Tang again for our next trip to Jakarta. It's the true definition of value for money affordable yet excellent. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. The buffet spread was quite limited and basic. Offering a bit more variety would greatly enhance the overall experience.
