This is my 2nd business trip. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist Mr Delvin greeted me with a warm smile and was very friendly and professional. Check-in was quick and easy. I also enjoyed the welcome drink, a nice touch after a long day. I highly recommend this place for its great service.

My experience during my stay here was good, the room service and stuff was great. Just a little noise because there’s a bar on the rooftop. Yet everything has a good and bad side tho

It’s a great hotel at Kuningan area, strategic location if you have any plan to visit mega Kuningan area with limited budget However, they only give you one key for every room, so it’s very hard to keep the electricity keep on. Then, when I come to my room, the sink is broken but we can’t change the room. Luckily, it’s fixed by the mechanic but I have to wait for couples of minutes. The internet also very slow, so I keep using my own network. They also have rooftop Bar & Restaurants, and don’t forget to check the gym facilities.

I booked Artotel rooms for stay with group of families. Service was top notch. All staff from the security, concierge, receptionist, restaurant waiters, to the housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. There were several special arrangements that I needed, and the hotel staff accommodate it perfectly. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Love the aesthetic ambiance. Breakfast food, the snacks, and the drinks at La Gazette were delicious! The breakfast was more on the minimalist side in terms of options, but happy with the overall taste of what has been provided. We requested the main course from the night before, making almost no waiting time for us in receiving the food during breakfast (food still warm though, and you can request for heating if needed). Several things to improve: - Check in time & room clean up time: since we were group of families who booked several rooms in the same floor, it took some time until all the rooms are ready. The same with the next day when we went back to our room around 3 pm, the room had not been cleaned due to prioritizing other rooms for early check in. This might be a sign that the hotel need more housekeeping staff to speed up the room cleaning process. - Rooftop bar noise: I booked the room on the 2nd floor considering all the reviews mentioning the noises at night. Apparently, the noise still can be heard on the second floor. Might need some arrangements to prevent the same complaints about this noise. Overall, happy to stay at Artotel Casa Kuningan and would be happy to comeback again!
