Great location. Feels like a neighborhood instead of a touristy location because it’s in the upper west side. Easy to get anywhere by subway, ride share, or on foot. Room was nice. Food good. Staff friendly. Plenty of amenities. Would stay here again.

The hotel is amazing. I love the industrial, modern feel it has in the lobby. The rooms are clean and simple. I wish there were bathtubs and more character, but overall it's a great choice. After walking all day, a soak in a hot bath with Epson salt would be ideal. I acknowledge this is a wild and strange review ? The staff are amazing, check in is a breeze, the coffee shop and the bar are a must try for anyone in the area, and the vibe is definitely right.
