Amazing, top class hotel! Had a wonderful late night check-in experience. Slept well...beds and pillows are super comfortable with a pillow menu to choose from. Fundamental Restaurant on 23 Floor has plenty on offer. The rooftop bar & swimming pool are the cherries on the cake with stunning views. The Manager, Mr Beam is extremely polite & courteous and leads a very efficient team of hospitality professionals. Clean & spacious, Arbour Hotel is highly recommended and is easily one of the best hotels in Asia!

I had the best stay at this hotel. Best room with perfect ambient and style. Best rooftop bar and swimming pool. Excellent services starts from the very moment I stepped out of the car infrom of the hotel entrance. Teera was so humble and polite, striking interactions each time. Really recommend this hotel at Pattaya. I am definitely staying again in this hotel. One silverlining experienced at the hotel was, the Hotel Manager’s proactive note about potential traffic congestion on my check-out day. This small but considerate gesture helped me plan my departure better and avoid delays. It’s this level of attention to detail that makes staying here exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service!

3 days 2 nights at this great hotel, location is great because is not too far from the beach crowded area. just right for us with children to be able to relax and enjoy pattaya. breakfast are yummy and the hospitality are top notch. i love that they have washing machine in the room and provide the detergent too! thanks to Teera and Palmy and all the team for great hospitality ??

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable, top notch hospitality by hotel staff. The welcome drink was great. we personally loved the fact that hotel had a Sauna. Breakfast was very good as well. The rooms were exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Overall, the hotel justified the five star standards. If I happen to visit again, will definitely book this again.

Room: Room is fabulous clean, great design and functional. Bed and pillow are super comfort. Curtain is dark enuough to have a long sleep. We have a comfortably staying here. Service: All staff from the reception, bell boy, security, housekeeper, restaurant is helpful and has good attitude of service mind. Location: A little bit far from Buakhaw Tree town Pattaya (600 m) but it’s good for walking and seeing the bars along the street at night time.
