We were lucky to stay here, a gift from our friends. I suspect we had a room upgrade as our room was stunning, with a balcony and was very spacious. The room was spotlessly, clean, had everything that you would need and the bed was the comfiest we’ve ever slept in. The pillows were amazing! All the staff were lovely and friendly and breakfast the next morning was really good, freshly cooked and plenty of choice. We would love to return and would highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel provided excellent service from start to finish. The lady at the front desk was especially kind—after our late check-in, she even came to our room to personally show us how the coffee machine worked. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable every day. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is in a good location—very convenient for getting around London. The only minor issue was that we got a little lost finding the entrance, as it's a bit different than expected. But aside from that, my husband and I had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for friendly service and a well-located place to stay in London.

We have been returning to this hotel for a number of years now. The service is always excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are large for London. The location is quiet on the weekends and walking distance to most sights. The prices are starting to creep up but I still think it is good value for the quality and service.

The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The hotel overall is very well maintained and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight. It was definitely worth including in your booking. There was a great variety of options, everything was fresh and tasty, and it set us up nicely for the day. The only slight drawback is that the hotel is a bit of a walk from the nearest tube station, but I was aware of that when I booked, and it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city!
