You get a bit worn down but authentic Thai hotel for an affordable price. I would recommend this place despite all the bad reviews. Remember it used to be one of the first hotels there so enjoy the history and beauty of it. Elevators are under renovation and they do not have a bell boy to help with the luggage. Breakfast I would skip.. But else I would come back there. I really enjoyed the facilities and patience of the staff. They are not allowed to check you inn before 15.00 so find something to do instead and leave your luggage at the reception mean while...? It is one of not many quiet hotels near the beach road and a huge night market is just near by!?
