location was amazing. near to everything. service wise, could be better. did not help us with our bags up the stairs when we were coming up to the reception. receptionists were just staring at us while we struggled. could build a ramp. cleanliness of the room was decent. stains on the bedsheets & a pill on the floor.

Everything here is good. Location is superb. It's shopping area and also have many restaurants. For me, the room is clean and have everything but the toilet isn't quite good. I stay three days, second day cant flush. Nevertheless, after inform to the receptionist, they can solve it very quick so overall for me is good.

The location is convenient. Near to all major malls. However the parking is closed after 12 am and only limited parking available. There’s no visible sign of Ansa parking. Visitor need to go to lobby to get the security to open the access to parking.

Very Friendly staffs, efficient service level and wonderful experience. The location was superb and right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. I would surely recommend this hotel to everyone. Rana, the bell boy was a very helpful person.
